Core Elements of a Management System

Innovation is a crucail enabler of economic development and company's success. Companies have to respect internal coordination, quality and econimic aspects. They also have to comply with technical, ecological and social requirements and legal conditions.

In close collaboration with our clients we develop management sytems that enable them to manage and promote their core business under optimized conditions, considering controlling, quality assurance and risk prevention.

Every management system incluse following five core elements:

Process Apporach. Documentation of importand operational sequences visualises interdependeces and capabilities of influence. Therefore quality requirements, process performances and ecological efforts can be controlled systematically.

Legal Compliance. This means to cover relevant requirements (e.g. laws, standards, regulations etc.), to evaluate their impact to the company and to install measures for implementation and controlling systematically.

Continuous Improvement.
Optimisations and innovations are reached constantly while passing throught the PCDA-circle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), by target/actual comparision and by permanently searching for room for improvement. Result are preserved after every passing through the circle.

Learning Organisation. New knowledge and new experiences are continuously integrated into the management system and are available for all employees. It is crucial for the success of the management sytem that it carried by every single employee. Therefore continuous communication as well as leaders who set good examples are basics for a sustainable management system culture.
